Quick question for the group: Have you ever avoided a conversation because you convinced yourself it would be difficult? I put one off for weeks. Assumed she'd fight to defend her position. When I finally had it, she cried - because it was a relief. Anyone else realising a 'difficult conversation' might only be difficult in your head?
