I get it. I've been there.

My name's Jon Manning. I wrote Emotional Intelligence Unleashed, and I built this community for people like you — and, honestly, like the version of me who needed it twenty years ago.

What This Place Is

This is a space for practical tools, not endless theory.

I've spent years studying Emotional Intelligence, NLP, and Human Design — not because I wanted more certificates, but because I needed to understand why some things worked and others didn't. Why some people seemed to lead effortlessly while I was fighting fires every day. Why the same techniques that worked for one manager would completely backfire for another.

What I've learned is this: there is no one-size-fits-all approach to leadership. But there are principles that work — once you understand how you work.
